AI Headshot Pro is an online AI headshot generator for job seekers and professionals. You upload 4-8 photos, receive a low-resolution watermarked preview, and may choose to pay for 3 high-resolution professional headshots.

Paid results are delivered in multiple styles such as LinkedIn Professional, Corporate Studio, and Outdoor Business. Generation time can vary based on provider availability and queue status.

You must sign in to upload photos, generate previews, pay for final results, download files, and view your generation history.

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity performed through your account.

You must provide accurate contact information so we can deliver order updates, support, and refund responses.

You may upload only photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use for AI headshot generation.

You may not upload sexual or nude content, minors in sexual contexts, violent content, hateful content, illegal content, stolen photos, deepfake or impersonation attempts, or photos intended for fraud or deception.

We may reject, remove, block, or fail to process uploads or generated outputs that violate these rules or our safety checks.

The product uses a preview-before-payment workflow. You can inspect a low-resolution watermarked preview before deciding whether to pay.

Payment unlocks 3 high-resolution, watermark-free AI headshots for the selected project, plus the stated regeneration allowance per final image.

Payments are one-time purchases unless a checkout page explicitly states otherwise. Prices, currency, and included deliverables are shown before checkout.

If a payment succeeds but generation or delivery is delayed, we may continue processing, provide troubleshooting, regenerate when appropriate, or review the order for refund eligibility under the Refund Policy.

AI-generated results may vary in likeness, expression, clothing, background, lighting, and style. You should review results before using them publicly.

You may use paid final headshots for lawful personal and professional purposes such as resumes, LinkedIn profiles, job applications, internal directories, and business profiles.

You may not use generated outputs to impersonate someone else, mislead others, create fake identity documents, commit fraud, or violate platform rules or applicable law.

For support, email support@aiheadshotpro.com with your account email, order details, project ID, and issue description. We usually respond within 24-48 hours.

We may update the service, pricing, features, policies, or these terms from time to time. The current version posted on this website applies to your use of the service.
