To validate uploaded photos, run safety checks, generate AI headshot previews, and deliver paid high-resolution results.

To process payments through our payment provider and keep billing records for support, refunds, fraud prevention, and accounting.

To enforce usage limits, prevent automated abuse, detect prohibited content, and protect the service.

To respond to support, refund, download, and account requests.

Original uploaded photos are temporary and are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours.

Unpaid preview images may be stored for up to 7 days so you can review your preview and continue the checkout flow.

Paid final headshots may be stored for up to 30 days so you can download your results and request support during the delivery window.

Some operational records, such as order records, moderation logs, security logs, and refund correspondence, may be retained longer when needed for legal, security, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We may share only the data necessary to provide the service with infrastructure, AI generation, storage, email, analytics, security, and payment providers.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. They process payment details according to their own security and privacy practices.

We do not sell your uploaded photos, generated headshots, or account information.

Only upload photos you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload photos of another person without permission.

Do not upload sexual, nude, violent, hateful, illegal, fraudulent, or impersonation-related content.
