This Refund Policy explains when AI Headshot Pro can review a refund request for the AI headshot generator and what information you need to provide.
Summary
Because you can review a watermarked preview before paying, refunds are primarily available for verified payment, generation, or delivery failures that we cannot reasonably resolve.
You can generate and review a low-resolution watermarked preview before checkout.
If you do not like the preview, do not complete payment. No paid order is created until checkout succeeds.
A successful payment unlocks 3 high-resolution, watermark-free AI headshots for the paid project.
Each final image includes the stated regeneration allowance. If a style is not ideal, use regeneration first before requesting support.
AI-generated portraits can vary. Differences in background, pose, lighting, expression, outfit, or subjective style preference are not automatically refundable when the service delivered usable final images.
Duplicate charges for the same project or accidental duplicate payments that can be verified in our order records.
Successful payment where no final images are delivered and we cannot complete delivery after troubleshooting.
Verified technical failure affecting the paid project that prevents access to final files and cannot be resolved through regeneration, reprocessing, or support.
Payment-provider or checkout errors where funds were captured but no order entitlement was created.
Dislike of a result after you reviewed the free preview and received paid high-resolution files.
Failure to follow upload guidance, including uploading unclear photos, heavily filtered photos, group photos, or photos of different people.
Requests involving prohibited content, unauthorized photos, impersonation, fraud, or violations of the Terms of Service.
Requests made after the 30-day final-download window, unless required by applicable law or caused by a verified unresolved technical issue.
Email support@aiheadshotpro.com within 7 days of payment with your account email, order number if available, project ID, payment date, and a clear description of the issue.
We usually respond within 24-48 hours. We may ask for additional information, screenshots, or permission to reprocess the project before making a decision.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
